The ePTFE air pleated filter element is a multi-component combination filter element made of hydrophobic or hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene ePTFE microporous filter membrane through folding, cutting, end welding, flushing, connection, packaging and other processing processes.

Ⅱ. Product characteristics

1.Strong hydrophobicity: ePTFE material has extremely high resistance to water erosion, which is 375% higher than ordinary polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filter membrane.

2.High filtration accuracy: When used for gas filtration, it can 100% intercept various phages, bacteria and particles above 0.02μm.

3.High porosity: The filter element has extremely high porosity, low air resistance and high flux.

4.Chemical corrosion resistance: ePTFE material has excellent chemical inertness and chemical corrosion resistance, and can withstand a variety of strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidizing solutions.

5.Heat resistance: The filter element is impact-resistant and back-pressure-resistant, and can withstand repeated steam high-temperature sterilization. Even after 121°C and 150 wet heat sterilizations, it can still maintain sterility assurance capabilities.

1.Hydrophobic PTFE filter element: used for hydrophobic solutions or other liquids, and allows air and gas to pass through. It is often used for filtering compressed gas, respirators, sterilized gas, as well as chemical reagents and APIs.

2.Hydrophilic PTFE filter element: The modified hydrophilic filter element does not need to be wetted in advance when used, and has stable hydrophilic properties. It is usually used for chemical reagent filtration, antibiotics, eye drops, and water-based chemical filtration.
