I. High-Frequency Welding Technology Principles and Core Advantages

High-frequency welding (also known as high-frequency heat sealing) utilizes the principle of high-frequency electric field heating. A high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated through a self-excited oscillator in an electron tube, causing the molecules of the medicine bag material (such as PVC, PET, PE, etc. plastic films) to polarize and generate heat through mutual friction. Under mold pressure, the materials partially melt, achieving a strong connection. This technology has three core advantages:

1. High efficiency and precision: Short welding time, suitable for mass production.

2. Strong material adaptability: Can handle pure PVC or composite materials containing more than 30% PVC (such as PVC/PE, PVC/aluminum foil), and can even weld thinner films, meeting the needs of precision medical packaging.

3. Excellent sealing performance: Through precise control of temperature and pressure, the weld strength is high, effectively preventing drug leakage and external contamination.

1. Welding of Large-Capacity Infusion Bags

A three-stage welding process is adopted: the first welding forms a preliminary seal, the second welding strengthens the corners, and finally, pulse heating completes the overall seal.

2. Specialized Pharmaceutical Packaging

For pharmaceuticals requiring protection from light or moisture, high-frequency welding enables seamless bonding of multi-layered composite materials.

3. Rapid Production of First Aid Bags

The rapid response characteristics of high-frequency welding make it the preferred process for first aid bags.
