Ultrasonic Generation and Transmission:
The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into mechanical vibrations, producing high-frequency ultrasonic signals. These signals are transmitted through the vibration system to the embossing die.
Vibration Energy Conversion:
The vibration system converts the ultrasonic signals into vibrational energy, causing the embossing die to generate high-frequency vibrations under ultrasonic excitation.
Material Resonance and Embossing:
High-frequency vibrations are transmitted to the surface of the contacted material, inducing resonance. This resonance alters the intermolecular interaction forces within the material, resulting in surface deformation. The transmission system precisely controls the movement trajectory and speed of the embossing die, enabling regular high-frequency embossing motions on the material surface, thereby forming desired patterns, designs, or text.
Embossing Completion:
After a designated processing period, the desired embossed effect is achieved on the material surface. Due to the smaller and more uniform pressure applied by ultrasonic embossing equipment, it better preserves material integrity while achieving more intricate embossing results.
